Mary has published her latest submission to the Airports Commission about the impact of aviation noise on local residents.
The publication comes as a recent report by Imperial College London suggested that people living under flight paths will suffer significant health problems as a result. Researchers at the College looked at the noise experienced by over three and a half million Londoners living under the Heathrow flight path, and found that people living in the worst affected areas were between 10-20% more likely to develop heart problems.
