Mary holds regular advice surgeries across the constituency in Chiswick, Brentford, Isleworth and Hounslow. Surgeries are by appointment only to save you waiting for long periods of time.
Appointments are usually reserved for people who need help with an urgent, personal problem. If you have a policy issue to discuss, it is best to send Mary a letter or an email.
If you have an immigration query, it is also best to send Mary a letter or an email. For urgent immigration cases, we can take action right away with an email or a letter. Because Mary has 90,000 constituents, advice surgeries are in high demand and are often booked up many weeks in advance.
What happens afterwards?
Following an appointment at the advice surgery, Mary will write to you to inform you of the action she has taken. This usually involves contacting the relevant organisation or individual on your behalf. She will then write to you again once she has information with which to update you.
Please rest assured that once we have an update for you, we will contact you.
If you have met Mary at a surgery and have follow-up questions about your case, please email or write to her.
