Café Together is part of The Shelter Project Hounslow (TSPH); a collective of west London churches that originally came together in January 2012 to provide respite care for rough sleepers over the harshest months of the winter.

Today, Café Together provides hot meals, company and assistance to people who need a little help. While some of the guests are homeless, many are just troubled or a little lonely. A home cooked meal is provided for them, a friend to talk to and a little help in life’s journey.
